Postgame: Project home

Retros on your Jira project: everyone writes at once, cards stay anonymous and hidden until you reveal them, votes are blind, and action items become Jira issues that come back in the next retro until they are done. No Confluence needed.

What you get

Anonymous cards, hidden until you reveal

Everyone writes at the same time and only sees their own cards. Nobody, including facilitators and admins, can see who wrote a card. Then group and vote blind.

Action items that follow you

Turn topics into action items with an owner and due date, or straight into Jira issues. Open actions come back at the top of every new retro until they are done.

Starts from your sprint, in Jira

Open a retro from the sprint menu or the project sidebar. Sprint numbers are pulled in, and history shows follow-through and check-in across retros.
