PressgateWrite and review in a draft Confluence space, then publish approved pages to the readers' space with page tree, files and links.
Full name: “Pressgate: Draft and Published Spaces for Confluence”
From $10 a month for up to 10 users. Billed by Atlassian, with a 30-day free trial.
Pair a draft space with a published space. Reviewers approve each page version, you preview exactly what changes, then publish a page or a whole tree now or on a schedule. Published pages stay locked, so readers only see approved content.
What you get
Approve each version before readers see it
Reviewers approve a page version; any later edit needs a new approval. Confluence's own Approved status counts too. Readers in the published space only ever get approved content.
Preview every change, then publish
See which pages are new, changed, moved or waiting for approval, with a line by line diff per page. Tick what to publish, add a version message, publish now or schedule it for later.
Page tree, files, labels and links kept
Published pages land in the same place in the tree, with attachments, labels and links pointed at the published copies. Published pages can be locked so every change goes through drafts.
