OkaywellClients approve CMS changes field by field before they go live. No seat needed. Trial, then $129/mo.
Full name: “Okaywell: Client CMS Approval”
From $129 a month per site. 14-day free trial on each site with 20 review requests, starting with the first review you send. No card needed to try it.
Okaywell gives your Webflow CMS a real sign-off step. Pick the blog posts, menu items or product pages that are ready, send them for review from the Designer, and your client gets a private link to a clean page that shows exactly what changed against what's published, field by field. They approve or request changes, with comments on the fields they mean. You see every decision in the panel, and approved items can publish on their own. No more screenshots in email threads, no more "which version did you approve?", and your client needs no Webflow seat or account.
What you get
Your client sees exactly what changed
Each item is compared with its published version: changed words are highlighted in text and rich text, and images, references, options, dates and switches show before and after. New items are shown in full. Unchanged fields are folded away so the changes stand out.
Approval steps that match how you work
Workflows with one or more steps, for example the client first, then their legal team. Each step needs every approver, or any one of them. Due dates and automatic reminders keep things moving.
Publish only what was approved
Publish approved items with one click, or let a workflow publish them the moment the last approval lands. Any item edited in Webflow after it was sent is skipped and listed, so nobody publishes something the client never saw.
A record you can point to
An audit trail of every send, link opened, decision, comment and publish, kept 12 months (36 on Pro) and exported as CSV.
What it doesn't do
It never edits your content: it reads items and, if you ask, publishes the approved ones. It reviews CMS items, not page designs or static pages.
Pro: your brand on review pages
Your agency's name and color on review pages instead of ours, 7 editors, 5 approval steps, 50 items per review.
Get started
Install Okaywell and approve your site, then open it from the Apps panel in the Designer. Add a workflow with your client's email, pick the items on Send for review, press Preview to see what they'll see, then Send.
What Okaywell needs
Read access to your CMS to show what changed, and permission to publish CMS items so approved items can go live. It adds no code to your site and never touches your pages or styles. Copies of the items under review are stored encrypted and deleted 30 days after the review closes. Not made or endorsed by Webflow. English interface.
