Linktally: Byline problemsLinktally: Space link checker

An incoming links macro and byline count, a link checker for deleted, trashed and missing pages, renamed headings and missing files, and relinking with preview and undo. Short links count. Lists only pages each reader can open.

What you get

Incoming links on the page

A macro lists every page and blog post that links here, grouped by space, and every byline shows the count. Short links, smart links and heading links all count. Readers see only pages they can open.

Find every broken link in a space

Deleted, trashed and never-written pages, renamed headings, removed files, missing spaces and old site links, each with what to do next. Export the list to CSV.

Relink with preview and undo

Point every link to a replaced page at the new one, across the site or one space. Review the pages first; each change is a normal page version, and Undo puts them all back.
