Kickwell terms of service

Last updated: October 3, 2026

These terms are between you (the business that installs Kickwell) and Great Work LLC, a Delaware company at 651 N Broad St, Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA ("we"). By installing or using Kickwell you agree to them.

The service

Kickwell lets you send your clients an onboarding checklist through a private link, collects their answers and files, saves mapped answers into their CRM account (custom values, business profile) and files into its media library, sends links and reminders through your own account's email and SMS, and starts workflows when steps or whole checklists are done. Delivery of email and SMS depends on your CRM's messaging setup and on the recipient's provider. Whether a given value can be written to a client account depends on the permissions your CRM grants; when a write is refused, Kickwell shows it and keeps the answer for you.

Plans, billing and trial

Kickwell is sold through your CRM's app marketplace, which handles billing. Each install includes a free trial (currently 14 days, up to 3 onboardings) and then renews monthly or yearly at the price shown on the listing until you uninstall. A plan covers your whole company and all its client accounts, with up to 500 onboardings open at the same time (fair use). Refunds follow the marketplace's refund policy. Your CRM provider may separately charge for the email and SMS it sends and for workflow trigger runs.

Your responsibilities

You must have the right to collect and process the information you ask your clients for, and to message the client contacts you enter, including any consent your local email and SMS rules require. Do not use Kickwell to collect passwords, payment card numbers, government ID numbers of individuals or health information. Do not use it to send spam, harass anyone or break your CRM provider's terms. Do not try to access other customers' data or overload the service.

Your data

Your data stays yours. We process it only to provide Kickwell, as described in the privacy policy at https://hl.greatwork.company/onboarding/privacy, and delete it when you uninstall.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Kickwell running and fix problems quickly, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change features; if we make a change that removes something you rely on, we will tell you in the app first.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Kickwell in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We may suspend an install that breaks these terms, after notice when practical.

Law

Delaware law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
