Atticwell for Webflow: Terms of Service

Effective date: October 1, 2026 These terms are between Great Work LLC, 651 N Broad St Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA ("Great Work", "we") and the person or organization that installs or uses the Atticwell app for Webflow ("you"). Using the App means you accept them. Contact: hello@greatwork.company.

  1. License. While your trial or plan is active, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App on the Webflow sites it covers, for your own or your clients' sites.

  2. Trial, plans and billing. Each site gets a 14-day free trial that starts with its first change (a delete, rename, alt text write, folder move, resize or restore); connecting the site, scanning, dry runs, reports and the manifest don't start it. After the trial, changes need a paid plan: a site plan at $39 per month or $390 per year, covering one site, or a workspace plan at $249 per month or $2,490 per year, covering up to 10 sites in one Webflow workspace. Every plan includes every feature, with the limits in the App (20,000 assets, 500 published pages and 50,000 CMS items read per scan, 1,000 deletions per run, 1 GB of kept files per site). There is no free plan. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes, which are added where the law requires. Plans are billed in advance by Great Work through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel or switch plans any time from Manage billing in the App; cancelling stops the next renewal, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; a change applies from your next renewal.

  3. When a trial or plan ends. Changes pause and weekly scans stop. Nothing is deleted from Webflow. Your scans, manifest and reports stay readable for 30 days; after 30 days without a plan, the site's data in the App, including kept files, is deleted.

  4. Refunds and right to cancel. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may cancel within 14 days of your first purchase and get a full refund by writing to hello@greatwork.company. By starting to use a paid plan within that period you ask us to start the service right away. Otherwise fees are non-refundable except where the law requires; if the App fails materially and we can't fix it, write to us and we will refund the affected period.

  5. Your sites, your decisions. You may only connect sites you own or manage with the owner's permission. You decide which assets to delete, rename, move or resize and what alt text to write. Deletions are permanent in Webflow. The App shows a dry run first, asks you to type DELETE, refuses assets it found in use or couldn't check, and keeps a copy of each deleted file for 14 days so you can upload it again; a restored file gets a new link, and links to the old one from outside your site stop working. Replacing a file with a resized copy also gives it a new link. Download the manifest before large clean-ups. Don't use the App to break the law, Webflow's terms, or anyone's rights.

  6. Data processing. For personal data in your site's content that the App reads (file names, alt text, CMS item names, published pages), you are the controller and Great Work is your processor. We process it only on your documented instructions (the scans and changes you start), keep it confidential, protect it as the privacy policy describes, use Webflow, DigitalOcean, Stripe and, once switched on, Resend as sub-processors, tell you without undue delay about a personal data breach that affects your data, and delete it when you remove the App.

  7. What the App does, and its limits. The App reads your assets, pages, components, CMS items and published site through Webflow's official APIs and your public pages with the access you grant, and changes assets only when you approve it. "Unused" means none of those places named the asset when the App read them; anything the App couldn't check is shown as unknown and isn't offered for deletion. The App can't see uses outside your Webflow site (emails, ads, other sites, Shared Library source sites) or files in CMS image fields. Image sizes and savings are estimates until a resize. Alt text and file name suggestions are starting points you review. Webflow is not a party to these terms or responsible for the App.

  8. Support and changes. Email support at hello@greatwork.company, first reply within one business day (Monday to Friday, US Central time). We may improve the App; we won't remove a core feature (where-used and unused, safe delete with restore, duplicates, the image plan, alt text and renames, folders, the manifest and the weekly report) during a paid period without notice and a pro-rata refund on request.

  9. Warranty disclaimer. The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the App finds every use of an asset.

  10. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data (including assets you chose to delete), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

  11. Termination. You can stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms. Sections 5, 6, 7, 9, 10 and 12 survive.

  12. General. Delaware law governs, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country they live in. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, the privacy policy (https://greatwork.company/apps/atticwell-for-webflow/privacy) and your plan are the entire agreement about the App.
