Wherewell for Webflow: Terms of Service
Effective date: October 1, 2026 These terms are between Great Work LLC, 651 N Broad St Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA ("Great Work", "we") and the person or organization that installs or uses the Wherewell app for Webflow ("you"). Using the App means you accept them. Contact: hello@greatwork.company.
-
License. While your trial or plan is active, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App, and the locator script it adds to your pages, on the Webflow sites it covers, for your own or your clients' sites.
-
Trial, plans and billing. Each site gets a 14-day free trial with 500 lookups that starts the first time you geocode or add a locator to a page. After the trial, the App needs a paid plan: Standard at $24 per month or $240 per year per site (up to 1,000 locations and 2,500 lookups a month), Pro at $69 per month or $690 per year per site (up to 25,000 locations and 25,000 lookups a month), or Workspace at $199 per month or $1,990 per year for every site in one Webflow workspace (Standard limits on each site). A lookup is one address turned into coordinates. Unused lookups don't carry over; when a month's lookups are used up, geocoding waits until the next month or an upgrade and nothing extra is charged. There is no free plan. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes, which are added where the law requires. Plans are billed in advance by Great Work through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel or switch plans any time from Manage billing in the App; cancelling stops the next renewal, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; a change applies from your next renewal.
-
When a trial or plan ends. Geocoding pauses and the locator on your published site stops showing its content. Your page layout, your CMS items and the coordinates already written to them are not changed.
-
Refunds and right to cancel. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may cancel within 14 days of your first purchase and get a full refund by writing to hello@greatwork.company. By starting to use a paid plan within that period you ask us to start the service right away. Otherwise fees are non-refundable except where the law requires; if the App fails materially and we can't fix it, write to us and we will refund the affected period.
-
Your content and responsibilities. Your site content stays yours. You are responsible for the coordinates you approve, for having the right to edit the sites you use the App on, and for your own site's privacy notice. Geocoding results are estimates: check the preview, especially approximate matches. Don't use the App to break the law, Webflow's terms, the OpenStreetMap attribution shown on the map, or anyone's rights.
-
How the App works. The App acts through Webflow's official APIs with the access you grant at install. It writes only the two coordinate fields you map, only for results you approve or (with auto-sync on) for items whose address you add or change. It adds one script, through Webflow's Custom Code API, to the pages where you place a locator, and removes it when you remove the locator or Wherewell. Webflow is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the App. Map tiles come from OpenFreeMap, a free public service with no uptime guarantee; if it becomes unavailable we may move to another tile provider of the same kind without notice.
-
Data. Our privacy policy (https://greatwork.company/apps/wherewell-for-webflow/privacy) describes what we process, including what visitors to your site send when they search.
-
Support and changes. Email support at hello@greatwork.company, first reply within one business day (Monday to Friday, US Central time). We may improve the App; we won't remove a core feature (geocoding with preview, the locator, auto-sync) during a paid period without notice and a pro-rata refund on request.
-
Warranty disclaimer. The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the App is error-free, that every address will be found, or that results are exact.
-
Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
-
Termination. You can stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms. Sections 5, 9, 10 and 12 survive.
-
General. Delaware law governs, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country they live in. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, the privacy policy and your plan are the entire agreement about the App.
