Sluicewell terms of service
Last updated: October 3, 2026
These terms are between you (the business that installs Sluicewell) and Great Work LLC, a Delaware company at 651 N Broad St, Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA ("we"). By installing or using Sluicewell you agree to them.
The service
Sluicewell receives leads you send it (campaign inbound addresses, the API, the Distribute lead workflow action, or by hand), chooses a client account for each by the rules you set (territory, weights, delivery hours, caps, credits, duplicates, fallback) and creates the lead as a contact in that account, with optional tags, opportunity and note, and starts workflows through its triggers. It keeps a delivery log, credit balances, return requests and reports. Delivery depends on your CRM accepting the contact; when it refuses, Sluicewell retries, tries the next client if you allow it, or holds the lead and shows you why.
Credit balances and prices per lead in Sluicewell are bookkeeping for you: we never charge your clients. Invoicing your clients is up to you.
Plans, billing and trial
Sluicewell is sold through your CRM's app marketplace, which handles billing. Each install includes a free trial (currently 14 days, up to 100 delivered leads) and then renews monthly or yearly at the price shown on the listing until you uninstall. A plan covers your whole company and all its client accounts and includes 3,000 delivered leads per calendar month (UTC). Beyond that, each delivered lead is charged at the price shown on the listing (currently $0.05) to your own account's wallet through your CRM; if the wallet can't cover it, further leads wait and then are held until it can, and nothing is delivered unpaid. Refunds follow the marketplace's refund policy; usage charges are not refundable unless billed in error. Your CRM provider may separately charge for workflow action and trigger runs.
Your responsibilities
You must have the right to collect each lead and to share it with the client accounts it is routed to, including any consent your local privacy, telemarketing, email and SMS rules require (for example the consent language on your forms naming who may contact the person). Do not send leads you bought or scraped without such consent, payment card numbers, government ID numbers of individuals or health information. Do not use Sluicewell to send spam, harass anyone or break your CRM provider's terms. Do not try to access other customers' data or overload the service.
Your data
Your data stays yours. We process it only to provide Sluicewell, as described in the privacy policy at https://hl.greatwork.company/leads/privacy, and delete it when you uninstall.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Sluicewell running and fix problems quickly, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Routing decisions follow the rules you configure; check them before you rely on them. We may change features; if we make a change that removes something you rely on, we will tell you in the app first.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, lost leads or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Sluicewell in the 3 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We may suspend an install that breaks these terms, after notice when practical.
Law
Delaware law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
