End User License Agreement: Reply Threads for Jira Service Management

Effective date: October 1, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Great Work LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, 651 N Broad St Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA ("Great Work"), and the organization that installs or uses Reply Threads for Jira Service Management (the "App") ("Customer"). By installing or using the App, Customer agrees to this Agreement. The person accepting it confirms they are authorized to bind Customer.

1. License

Subject to this Agreement and payment of applicable fees, Great Work grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license during the subscription term to use the App on Customer's Atlassian Cloud sites for Customer's internal business purposes, for the number of users or agents covered by the subscription.

2. Purchase through Atlassian

The App is sold through the Atlassian Marketplace. Pricing, billing, trials, renewals, refunds and taxes are handled by Atlassian under the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use. Great Work does not bill Customer directly.

3. Restrictions

Customer will not: (a) copy, modify or create derivative works of the App; (b) reverse engineer or decompile the App except where law allows despite this restriction; (c) resell, rent or sublicense the App; (d) use the App to break the law or Atlassian's terms; (e) attempt to bypass licensing checks; or (f) use the App to build a competing product.

4. Customer data

Customer owns all data in its Atlassian sites, including comments and attachments created through the App ("Customer Data"). The App processes Customer Data only inside Atlassian's Forge platform to provide its features, as described in the Privacy Policy at https://greatwork.company/apps/reply-threads/privacy. Great Work does not receive or access Customer Data. Customer is responsible for the content its users post.

5. Support and updates

Great Work provides support through its help center as described on the Marketplace listing, with a target first response within 1 business day (US Eastern). Great Work may update the App from time to time; updates are delivered through Atlassian and are covered by this Agreement.

6. Intellectual property

Great Work and its licensors own the App and all related intellectual property. No rights are granted except as stated here. Feedback Customer chooses to give may be used by Great Work without obligation.

7. Warranty disclaimer

Great Work will make reasonable efforts to keep the App working as described. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND GREAT WORK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Great Work does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will keep working if Atlassian changes its platform.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW: (a) NEITHER PARTY IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA; AND (b) GREAT WORK'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES CUSTOMER PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9. Term and termination

This Agreement lasts while Customer has the App installed under a valid subscription or trial. Either party may end it at any time: Customer by uninstalling the App, Great Work by giving notice if Customer materially breaches it. On termination the license ends. Comments and attachments created through the App remain in Customer's Jira site as ordinary Jira data.

10. Indemnity

Great Work will defend Customer against third-party claims that the App, as provided, infringes that party's intellectual property rights, and pay resulting damages finally awarded, provided Customer promptly notifies Great Work and lets Great Work control the defense. This does not apply to claims caused by Customer Data or by combining the App with things Great Work did not provide.

11. General

Delaware law governs this Agreement, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction. Customer may not assign this Agreement without Great Work's consent, except to a successor of its business. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. This Agreement, together with the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use, is the entire agreement about the App. Notices to Great Work go to hello@greatwork.company.

Provider Specific Terms (if using Atlassian's standard Bonterms-based agreement instead)

Provider: Great Work LLC, 651 N Broad St Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA. Governing law: State of Delaware, USA. The app runs entirely on Atlassian's Forge platform and does not transfer customer data to the provider; a data processing addendum is therefore not required, but the provider will sign Atlassian-template DPA terms on request at hello@greatwork.company. Support: help center listed on the Marketplace, target first response within 1 business day.
