Recapwell for Webflow: Terms of Service
Effective date: October 1, 2026 These terms are between Great Work LLC, 651 N Broad St Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA ("Great Work", "we") and the person or organization that installs or uses the Recapwell app for Webflow ("you"). Using the App means you accept them. Contact: hello@greatwork.company.
-
License. While your trial or plan is active, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App on the Webflow sites it covers, for your own or your clients' sites, and to share the reports it makes with anyone you choose.
-
Trial, plans and billing. Each site gets a 14-day free trial that starts the first time you save, share or email a report, or turn on a schedule or uptime checks; connecting the site and previews don't start it. After the trial, these need a paid plan: a site plan at $49 per month or $490 per year, covering one site, or a workspace plan at $199 per month or $1,990 per year, covering up to 15 sites in one Webflow workspace. Every plan includes every feature, with the limits in the App (reports up to 100 days long, 20,000 form submissions and 20,000 CMS items counted per report, 36 saved reports per site). There is no free plan. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes, which are added where the law requires. Plans are billed in advance by Great Work through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel or switch plans any time from Manage billing in the App; cancelling stops the next renewal, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; a change applies from your next renewal.
-
When a trial or plan ends. Client links show a "not available" page, schedules and uptime checks pause, and nothing is deleted. Saved reports stay readable in the Designer for 30 days; after 30 days without a plan, the site's data in the App is deleted.
-
Refunds and right to cancel. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may cancel within 14 days of your first purchase and get a full refund by writing to hello@greatwork.company. By starting to use a paid plan within that period you ask us to start the service right away. Otherwise fees are non-refundable except where the law requires; if the App fails materially and we can't fix it, write to us and we will refund the affected period.
-
Your sites, your reports. You may only connect sites you own or manage with the owner's permission, and only send reports to people entitled to see them. Anyone holding a client link can read that report until you turn the link off, make a new one or delete the report. You are responsible for your notes, brand and logo, and for having permission to email the addresses you enter. Don't use the App to break the law, Webflow's terms, or anyone's rights.
-
Data processing. For personal data in your site and your reports that the App reads or stores (form and collection names, your notes, recipient addresses, form submissions read only to count them), you are the controller and Great Work is your processor. We process it only on your documented instructions (the reports, links, emails and schedules you set up), keep it confidential, protect it as the privacy policy describes, use Webflow, DigitalOcean, Stripe and, once switched on, Resend as sub-processors, tell you without undue delay about a personal data breach that affects your data, and delete it when you remove the App.
-
What the App does, and its limits. The App reads your site's Webflow Analyze reports, form submission dates, CMS item dates and pages through Webflow's official APIs with the read access you grant, and checks your published home page from our server when you turn uptime checks on. It never changes your site. Visitor numbers are Webflow Analyze's and need the Analyze add-on on your workspace; the App reports them as Webflow returns them. Uptime is measured from one location (New York) every 10 minutes and may miss shorter outages or ones seen only elsewhere. The summary lines are written from the numbers only and aren't advice. Webflow is not a party to these terms or responsible for the App.
-
Support and changes. Email support at hello@greatwork.company, first reply within one business day (Monday to Friday, US Central time). We may improve the App; we won't remove a core feature (the report sections, client links, PDF and CSV, schedules, branding and uptime checks) during a paid period without notice and a pro-rata refund on request.
-
Warranty disclaimer. The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the numbers Webflow returns are complete or that every outage is caught.
-
Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
-
Termination. You can stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms. Sections 5, 6, 7, 9, 10 and 12 survive.
-
General. Delaware law governs, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country they live in. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, the privacy policy (https://greatwork.company/apps/recapwell-for-webflow/privacy) and your plan are the entire agreement about the App.
