Okaygate terms of service

Last updated: October 2, 2026

These terms are between you (the business that installs Okaygate) and Great Work LLC, a Delaware company at 651 N Broad St, Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA ("we"). By installing or using Okaygate you agree to them.

The service

Okaygate adds approval steps to the workflows in your CRM business account: it sends approval requests and reminders through your CRM's own email and SMS, records decisions, continues waiting workflows on the path that matches the decision, starts workflows that use its trigger, and keeps a history of each request. Delivery of email and SMS depends on your CRM's messaging setup (sender domain, phone number, opt-outs) and on the recipient's provider. Okaygate records decisions; it does not judge whether a decision was right, and it is not a qualified electronic signature service.

Plans, billing and trial

Okaygate is sold through your CRM's app marketplace, which handles billing. Each install includes a free trial (currently 14 days, up to 100 approval requests) and then renews monthly or yearly at the price shown on the listing until you uninstall. Each plan includes up to 2,000 approval requests per business account per calendar month; requests beyond that close at once without being sent, and the workflow continues on its Not completed path. Refunds follow the marketplace's refund policy. Your CRM provider may separately charge for the email and SMS it sends and a per-run fee for marketplace workflow actions.

Your responsibilities

You must have the right to message the approvers you choose, including any consent your local SMS and email rules require, and the right to process the data in your requests. Do not use Okaygate to send spam, to harass anyone, or to break your CRM provider's terms. Do not try to access other customers' data or overload the service.

Your data

Your data stays yours. We process it only to provide Okaygate, as described in the privacy policy at https://hl.greatwork.company/approvals/privacy, and delete it when you uninstall.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Okaygate running and fix problems quickly, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. If a waiting workflow can't be continued automatically, the request history shows it and you can move the contact on by hand. We may change features; if we make a change that removes something you rely on, we will tell you in the app first.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Okaygate in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We may suspend an install that breaks these terms, after notice when practical.

Law

Delaware law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
