Mendwell for Webflow: Terms of Service

Effective date: October 1, 2026 These terms are between Great Work LLC, 651 N Broad St Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA ("Great Work", "we") and the person or organization that installs or uses the Mendwell app for Webflow ("you"). Using the App means you accept them. Contact: hello@greatwork.company.

  1. License. While your trial or plan is active, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App on the Webflow sites it covers, for your own or your clients' sites.

  2. Trial, plans and billing. Each site gets a 14-day free trial with 10 crawls at Starter limits that starts with your first crawl; previews, fixes, undo, exports and reading results are never counted. After the trial, the App needs a paid plan per site: Starter at $49 per month or $490 per year (up to 500 pages per crawl, weekly scheduled crawls, 1,000 outside links checked per crawl, 6 months of history), Growth at $89 per month or $890 per year (up to 2,000 pages, daily or weekly crawls, 3,000 outside links, 12 months of history), or Scale at $189 per month or $1,890 per year (up to 10,000 pages, daily or weekly crawls, 8,000 outside links, 24 months of history). Workspace costs $499 per month or $4,990 per year and covers up to 25 sites in one Webflow workspace at Growth limits. Every plan includes all of a site's languages. There is no free plan. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes, which are added where the law requires. Plans are billed in advance by Great Work through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel or switch plans any time from Manage billing in the App; cancelling stops the next renewal, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; a change applies from your next renewal.

  3. When a trial or plan ends. Crawls and fixes pause. Nothing on your site or in your CMS changes, and for 30 days you can read results, export them and undo fixes. After 30 days without a plan, the site's Mendwell data is deleted.

  4. Refunds and right to cancel. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may cancel within 14 days of your first purchase and get a full refund by writing to hello@greatwork.company. By starting to use a paid plan within that period you ask us to start the service right away. Otherwise fees are non-refundable except where the law requires; if the App fails materially and we can't fix it, write to us and we will refund the affected period.

  5. Your sites and responsibilities. Your content stays yours. You may only connect sites you own or manage with the owner's permission, because the App crawls them and can change their CMS when you confirm a fix. You decide which fixes and links to apply and whether to publish them, and you review the preview before you apply. Don't use the App to break the law, Webflow's terms, or anyone's rights.

  6. How the App works, and its limits. The App crawls your published site from our servers with its own user agent and follows your robots.txt, reads your CMS through Webflow's official API with the access you grant, and writes only the rich text and link fields you confirm, only where they still match the preview. It checks other sites' links with one light request each and can't always tell a blocked checker from a broken page; those links are marked "couldn't verify". Suggestions (internal links and redirects) come from text and address matching and are only suggestions: you decide. It does not create redirects or change static pages, components, styles or settings. Undo is available for 30 days and only restores fields nobody changed after the fix. Webflow stays the source of truth for your site and is not a party to these terms or responsible for the App.

  7. Data. Our privacy policy (https://greatwork.company/apps/mendwell-for-webflow/privacy) describes what we store. Where we process personal data for you, we do so only on your instructions, keep it confidential, protect it as described there, help you answer requests from the people concerned, and delete it as the policy says. Write to us for a data processing agreement.

  8. Support and changes. Email support at hello@greatwork.company, first reply within one business day (Monday to Friday, US Central time). We may improve the App; we won't remove a core feature (scheduled crawls, link findings, CMS fixes with undo, internal link ideas, redirect exports, history) during a paid period without notice and a pro-rata refund on request.

  9. Warranty disclaimer. The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that every broken link is found, that other sites answer our checks truthfully, or that Webflow accepts every write or publish.

  10. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, rankings or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

  11. Termination. You can stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms. Sections 5, 9, 10 and 12 survive.

  12. General. Delaware law governs, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country they live in. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, the privacy policy and your plan are the entire agreement about the App.
