Foliowell terms of service

These terms are between you (the business that installs Foliowell) and Great Work LLC, a Delaware company at 651 N Broad St, Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA ("we"). By installing or using Foliowell you agree to them.

The service

Foliowell fills the Word templates you provide with data from your CRM business account and produces PDF or Word files, from workflow steps, from its page in your CRM, and in batches. It saves the files to your CRM's storage and, as you choose, to contact fields, contact notes, emails and texts sent through your CRM.

PDF files use the standard PDF fonts and lay out your template themselves, so they follow your Word layout closely but not always to the point: fonts are matched by style (sans serif, serif, monospace), and a few Word features (floating text boxes, shapes, charts, columns) are left out of PDFs. The template page lists anything a template uses that the PDF leaves out. Word output keeps everything exactly. Check a test copy before you rely on a template. Foliowell is not an e-signature service and does not make documents legally binding.

Plans, billing and trial

Foliowell is sold through your CRM's app marketplace, which handles billing. Each install includes a free trial (currently 14 days, up to 50 documents) and then renews monthly or yearly at the price shown on the listing until you uninstall. Each plan includes 1,000 documents per business account per calendar month. If usage billing is offered on the listing and enabled for your account, documents beyond that are charged to your CRM wallet at the price shown on the listing; otherwise document steps fail with a clear message until the next month. Test copies from the template page are free (up to 200 a day). Refunds follow the marketplace's refund policy. Your CRM provider may separately charge for the email and SMS it sends and a per-run fee for marketplace workflow actions.

Your responsibilities

You must have the right to use the content of your templates and the data you put into documents, and to send documents to the people you send them to, including any consent your local email and SMS rules require. Do not use Foliowell to create unlawful, deceptive or infringing documents, to send spam, or to break your CRM provider's terms. Do not try to access other customers' data or overload the service.

Your data

Your templates and data stay yours. We process them only to provide Foliowell, as described in the privacy policy at https://hl.greatwork.company/docgen/privacy, and delete them when you uninstall.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Foliowell running and fix problems quickly, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. When a document can't be made or saved, the workflow step takes its Failed path and the history shows why. We may change features; if we make a change that removes something you rely on, we will tell you in the app first.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Foliowell in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We may suspend an install that breaks these terms, after notice when practical.

Law

Delaware law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
