FiguremarkNumber figures, tables and equations in Confluence and link to them by number. References update when the numbers change.
Full name: “Figuremark: Numbered Captions and Cross-References”
From $11 a month for up to 10 users. Billed by Atlassian, with a 30-day free trial.
Type "Figure: Login screen" under an image and "see [[fig:login]]" in the text. Figuremark numbers every caption, turns references into links, keeps both current on publish and can number a whole page tree as one document.
What you get
Numbers written into the caption
Type Figure: and a title next to an image, table or code block. Figuremark writes the number into the caption text, so it shows while editing, in search and in every export.
References that update themselves
Write [[fig:login]] in the text and get a link that reads Figure 3. Add a figure above it and the caption and every reference become Figure 4 on the next publish.
A whole page tree as one document
Number figures and tables across every page under a root page, or per chapter as 2.1, 2.2. Lists of figures and tables cover the whole manual and export to PDF and Word.
