Exhibitwell terms of service

These terms are between you (the business using Exhibitwell) and Great Work LLC, 651 N Broad St, Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA ("we"). By installing or using Exhibitwell you agree to them.
The service
Exhibitwell organizes records from your CRM into evidence packs for payment disputes, shows a checklist per dispute reason, reminds you about deadlines and, when you confirm, sends evidence to a dispute in your own Stripe account.
No outcome is promised
Card networks and banks decide disputes. Exhibitwell does not guarantee any result, and a checklist's "coverage" describes the records you have, not the chance of a decision in your favor. Exhibitwell is not legal or financial advice. You are responsible for what you submit: review every pack before you download, stage or submit it, and make sure it is accurate and that you may share it.
Your responsibilities
- Use a Stripe restricted key with only the permissions the app asks for, and keep it secret. You can remove it at any time.
- Have a lawful basis to process your customers' data and to share it with your processor in a dispute, and tell your customers how you use it (your own privacy policy).
- Policies you ask customers to accept are your own; you are responsible for their content.
- Deadlines are set by your processor. Reminders are a convenience; respond on time whether or not a reminder arrived.
Billing
Exhibitwell is billed through your CRM's app marketplace: $99 per month or $990 per year per business account after a 14-day free trial, unless the listing shows otherwise. Refunds follow the marketplace's refund policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but don't promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change features; if a change removes something important, we will tell you in advance where we can. We may update these terms; continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for Exhibitwell in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for disputes lost, missed deadlines, chargeback fees, or indirect or consequential losses.
Ending
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app or clicking Disconnect, which deletes your data. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or don't pay.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
