Dwellwise: Global report form

Time in status, cycle and lead time on working-hours calendars that follow each handoff: every stretch counts on the calendar of whoever held the item. Results as real Jira fields for JQL, boards and SLA checks. Runs on Atlassian.

What you get

Every handoff counted on the right clock

Each stretch of an item's history counts on the calendar of whoever held it: Berlin hours for Berlin, Austin hours for Austin. The panel on every item shows which calendar counted what.

Time in status as real Jira fields

Number fields for time in a status, cycle time or lead time, plus On track, At risk, Breached checks. They update on every move, so JQL, boards and filters always see current values.

Fast reports and charts for any JQL

Medians and 85th percentiles per status, cycle time by week, time per person, and a CSV of every item. History is read in bulk in the background, so big reports finish.
