HTML5 display ads straight from Figma. Design one frame per keyframe, select every size of the campaign, and Bannerkiln builds one ZIP per size with the animation, the click code your ad network wants, a backup image and a check against that network's rules. Figma exports pictures and Motion exports video; neither makes an ad ZIP.

What you get

  • One ZIP per ad size from your Figma frames: frames of the same size are one ad's keyframes, every size exported at once
  • CSS animation from the changes between keyframes: layers with the same name move, turn, resize and fade with Figma's easing curves; anything CSS can't tween (colour, text, shape) cross-fades, and the panel tells you which
  • Timing from your prototype (After delay and Smart animate) or set per keyframe in the panel
  • The click code each network wants: none for Google Ads, clickTag for Google Ad Manager, Campaign Manager 360, Display & Video 360 and Amazon Ads, Adform's DHTML library and manifest.json, Flashtalking's API and manifest.js, and an IAB clickTAG read from the ad's URL for other ad servers
  • ad.size meta tag, polite load, optional 1px border
  • A weight budget per network with a meter, and compression that lowers picture quality, then resolution, until the ZIP fits
  • Animation stops within the network's limit (30 s for Google, 15 s and 3 plays for Amazon and IAB): plays are written out, never infinite
  • A static backup image (JPG or GIF) per size within the network's backup limit
  • A check of every ZIP against the network's rules: weight, file count and types, file names, one HTML file, ad.size, external requests, click code, manifest files, animation length, storage APIs, backup size and dimensions
  • A live preview of each size in the panel
  • Works in Figma Design and Figma Buzz
  • Nothing is uploaded: banners are built, compressed, zipped and checked on your computer
