Tidingwell for Webflow: Terms of Service
Effective date: October 1, 2026 These terms are between Great Work LLC, 651 N Broad St Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA ("Great Work", "we") and the person or organization that installs or uses the Tidingwell app for Webflow ("you"). Using the App means you accept them. Contact: hello@greatwork.company.
-
License. While your trial or plan is active, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App on the Webflow sites it covers, for your own or your clients' sites.
-
Trial, plans and billing. Each site gets a 14-day free trial that starts when you turn sending on; installing, connecting platforms and sending test events before that don't start it. After the trial, the App needs a paid plan: a site plan at $39 per month or $390 per year, covering one site with Meta, TikTok, Reddit and Pinterest, or a workspace plan at $149 per month or $1,490 per year, covering up to 10 sending sites in one Webflow workspace (an 11th site needs its own site plan). No plan limits the number of events. There is no free plan. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes, which are added where the law requires. Plans are billed in advance by Great Work through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel or switch plans any time from Manage billing in the App; cancelling stops the next renewal, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; a change applies from your next renewal.
-
When a trial or plan ends. The App stops sending. New conversions are held, hashed and encrypted, for 72 hours and are sent if you pick a plan in that time; after that they are deleted unsent. Your site is not changed by a lapse: forms, checkout and the capture script (if on) keep working as before.
-
Refunds and right to cancel. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may cancel within 14 days of your first purchase and get a full refund by writing to hello@greatwork.company. By starting to use a paid plan within that period you ask us to start the service right away. Otherwise fees are non-refundable except where the law requires; if the App fails materially and we can't fix it, write to us and we will refund the affected period.
-
Your sites, your ad accounts and your responsibilities. You may only connect sites you own or manage with the owner's permission, and ad accounts and tokens you're allowed to use. You decide which forms and orders are sent and to which platforms. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to share your visitors' and customers' data with those platforms, for your privacy notice and consent banner, for the App's consent settings you choose, and for complying with each ad platform's terms (including Meta's, TikTok's, Reddit's and Pinterest's business tools terms). Don't send data about children, health or other special categories, and don't use the App to break the law, Webflow's terms, or anyone's rights.
-
How the App works, and its limits. The App receives your site's form submissions and orders through Webflow's official webhooks, normalizes and hashes customer details as each platform documents, and sends one request per platform with your own tokens. It never sends a visitor who declined tracking, and follows the consent mode you pick. Failed sends are retried for up to 72 hours. The App can't send visitors' IP addresses (Webflow doesn't provide them), doesn't install browser pixels, and can't guarantee that a platform accepts, matches or attributes an event; match quality and attribution are decided by each platform. The optional click-ID capture script is registered through Webflow's custom code API and applied to your site only when you switch it on; it's removed when you switch it off or remove the App, and it changes on your live site when you publish. Webflow, Meta, TikTok, Reddit and Pinterest are not parties to these terms or responsible for the App.
-
Data. Our privacy policy (https://greatwork.company/apps/tidingwell-for-webflow/privacy) describes what we store. For your visitors' and customers' data we act as your processor: we process it only on your instructions (to send it where you configured), keep it confidential, protect it as described there, delete it within 72 hours of the conversion (the hashed request) and 30 days (the log), help you answer requests from the people concerned, and use only the subprocessors the policy names (DigitalOcean for hosting, and the ad platforms you connect as your recipients). Write to us for a data processing agreement.
-
Support and changes. Email support at hello@greatwork.company, first reply within one business day (Monday to Friday, US Central time). Ad platforms change their APIs; we keep the App working with their current versions. We won't remove a core feature (form and order events, the four platforms, hashing, consent modes, the delivery log, retries, test events) during a paid period without notice and a pro-rata refund on request, unless a platform withdraws its API.
-
Warranty disclaimer. The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant any advertising result, or that the App's consent settings make your site compliant with any law.
-
Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, ad spend or data, including from an event that was sent late, wasn't sent, or was sent as configured, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
-
Termination. You can stop using the App and uninstall it at any time; Remove Tidingwell deletes what we store for the site. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms. Sections 5, 9, 10 and 12 survive.
-
General. Delaware law governs, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country they live in. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, the privacy policy and your plan are the entire agreement about the App.
