Pairwell1:1s, performance reviews and feedback in Jira: self, manager and peer cycles, private to each person and their managers.
Full name: “Pairwell: 1:1s, Performance Reviews and Feedback for Jira”
From $25 a month for up to 10 users. Billed by Atlassian, with a 30-day free trial.
Recurring 1:1s whose open points and action items carry over and become Jira work. Review cycles with self, manager and peer forms. Praise, suggestions and goals linked to work. Seen only by the person, their managers and HR.
What you get
1:1s with a shared agenda and action items
Both people add talking points and edit shared notes. Open points and action items carry over to the next meeting, an action item becomes a Jira work item in one click, and each of you keeps a private note.
Review cycles: self, manager and peer
Your questions, a rating scale with your labels and due dates per form. Managers write next to the self review and share when ready; the person acknowledges. HR sees completion for everyone.
Private by design, with an audit trail
Records are seen only by the person, the managers above them and HR admins. Private notes are for their author alone. Every read of someone else's record is logged, and people see who opened theirs.
