Leavewell turns your Google Sheet into a leave tracker that does the math. List your people and your leave policies, and every balance is worked out for you: yearly grants or monthly accrual, joiners and leavers pro-rated, part-timers scaled by FTE, carry-over capped and expired on time, public holidays and weekends left out. Requests go in a Requests tab, managers approve them in the sidebar, and a team calendar shows who's off.
