Graphwell for Webflow: Terms of Service

Effective date: October 1, 2026 These terms are between Great Work LLC, 651 N Broad St Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA ("Great Work", "we") and the person or organization that installs or uses the Graphwell app for Webflow ("you"). Using the App means you accept them. Contact: hello@greatwork.company.

  1. License. While your trial or plan is active, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App on the Webflow sites it covers, for your own or your clients' sites. The markup the App writes into your CMS is yours and stays yours after the App is removed.

  2. Trial, plans and billing. Each site gets a 14-day free trial that starts the first time you write schema to a CMS collection or save a page schema; connecting the site, mappings, previews and live checks don't start it. After the trial, writing and syncing need a paid plan: a site plan at $99 per month or $990 per year, covering one site, or a workspace plan at $299 per month or $2,990 per year, covering up to 15 sites in one Webflow workspace. Every plan includes every feature, with the limits in the App (20 collections and 100 page schemas per site, 10,000 items read per collection, 20,000 characters of markup per item, live checks of up to 300 pages). There is no free plan. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes, which are added where the law requires. Plans are billed in advance by Great Work through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel or switch plans any time from Manage billing in the App; cancelling stops the next renewal, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; a change applies from your next renewal.

  3. When a trial or plan ends. Syncing stops and nothing is removed from your site: the markup already written keeps working. Your mappings stay readable in the Designer for 30 days; after 30 days without a plan, the site's data in the App is deleted.

  4. Refunds and right to cancel. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may cancel within 14 days of your first purchase and get a full refund by writing to hello@greatwork.company. By starting to use a paid plan within that period you ask us to start the service right away. Otherwise fees are non-refundable except where the law requires; if the App fails materially and we can't fix it, write to us and we will refund the affected period.

  5. Your sites and your content. You may only connect sites you own or manage with the owner's permission. You are responsible for the values you type and for your content being accurate: structured data must describe what the page really shows (for example, ratings your site collected itself, prices you actually charge). Don't use the App to break the law, Webflow's terms, search engines' structured data policies, or anyone's rights.

  6. Data processing. For personal data in your site that the App reads, writes or stores (CMS content used to build markup, values you type), you are the controller and Great Work is your processor. We process it only on your documented instructions (the mappings, syncs, page schemas and checks you set up), keep it confidential, protect it as the privacy policy describes, use Webflow, DigitalOcean and Stripe as sub-processors, tell you without undue delay about a personal data breach that affects your data, and delete what we store when you remove the App.

  7. What the App does, and its limits. The App reads your collections, items and pages through Webflow's official APIs with the access you grant, adds one Plain text field named Schema JSON-LD to each collection you map and writes markup into it, and publishes an item only when you allow it and the item has no other unpublished changes. It changes nothing else in your site: no other field, no page, no design, no code. You bind the field in your template yourself; the live check reads your published pages to confirm it. Valid markup makes a page eligible for rich results; whether a search engine shows one is its decision, and Google has stopped showing some types (the App says which). Webflow is not a party to these terms or responsible for the App.

  8. Support and changes. Email support at hello@greatwork.company, first reply within one business day (Monday to Friday, US Central time). We may improve the App; we won't remove a core feature (collection mappings, checks, hourly sync, page schemas and the live check) during a paid period without notice and a pro-rata refund on request.

  9. Warranty disclaimer. The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant any search result, ranking or rich result.

  10. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

  11. Termination. You can stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms. Sections 5, 6, 7, 9, 10 and 12 survive.

  12. General. Delaware law governs, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country they live in. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, the privacy policy (https://greatwork.company/apps/graphwell-for-webflow/privacy) and your plan are the entire agreement about the App.
